Due to new U.S. tariffs on imports from China, some orders may face an additional tariff fee upon arrival. These fees are determined by U.S. tariff regulations and are completely out of our control. We know it’s frustrating — trust us, we are too.

If you're in the U.S., there’s a chance you’ll receive a notice to pay a tariff fee, though the exact cost is currently undetermined and varies. We’re heartbroken that this could affect your experience, and we’re actively working on better long-term solutions to minimize these costs for future drops.

For now, please know:

- We are not charging this fee ourselves at PSYX.

- It goes directly to U.S. customs.

We completely understand if this changes your mind, and if it does, we respect that — your trust means everything to us.

We want to keep you in the loop. If you're ordering from the EU or certain international locations, please be aware that VAT (Value Added Tax) may be applied to your order. This tax is set by your local government, and the rates differ depending on where you're located.

PSYX Shipping Policy

As PSYX see's it's first debut drop, Celestial's Protection will be exclusively under pre-order conditions. All affiliated organizations related to PSYX; regarding your gear production, shipping, packaging, and additional goods, are skillfully crafted and inspected every step of the way. 

PRE-ORDER Timeline:

During this moment of anticipation for your gear, please allow up to:

• 20-30 days after May 19 for Pre-Order production. Expect production updates often through subscribing with your email, and through our Instagram, @psyxuniverse.
• 14~ days to reach our packaging area. Expect tracking updates through subscribing with your email, and through our Instagram, @psyxuniverse.
• All packages will be handpacked by our Founder, with a little extra pizazz sprinkled in each one. Expect 2-3 days for your order to ship out to you. You will receive tracking information on behalf of PSYX and Chit Chats during this process.

All orders ship from Canada, with final-mile delivery provided by our trusted carrier, Chit Chats.

Tracking

You’ll receive a unique tracking link once your order has been scanned in. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to activate and begin updating. All tracking is handled through Chit Chats.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us and we’ll do our best to guide you through it. While PSYX is not responsible for packages lost after delivery, we care — and we’ll stand with you in resolving it.

Celestial's Hoodie has a slight twist — it’s got a cropped fit with a 4-6 cm difference in length compared to a regular hoodie. We recommend sticking with your usual hoodie size, or even going one size up for extra room. Definitely don't size down! For the perfect fit, check out our size chart for all the details, allow a 1-2 cm error.
