PSYX Shipping Policy

As PSYX see's it's first debut drop, Celestial's Protection will be exclusively under pre-order conditions. All affiliated organizations related to PSYX; regarding your gear production, shipping, packaging, and additional goods, are skillfully crafted and inspected every step of the way. 

PRE-ORDER Timeline:

During this moment of anticipation for your gear, please allow up to:

• 20-30 days after May 19 for Pre-Order production. Expect production updates often through subscribing with your email, and through our Instagram, @psyxuniverse.
• 14~ days to reach our packaging area. Expect tracking updates through subscribing with your email, and through our Instagram, @psyxuniverse.
• All packages will be handpacked by our Founder, with a little extra pizazz sprinkled in each one. Expect 2-3 days for your order to ship out to you. You will receive tracking information on behalf of PSYX and Chit Chats during this process. 

Where We Ship From

All orders ship from Canada, with final-mile delivery provided by our trusted carrier, Chit Chats.

Currently, PSYX ships across Canada and the United States. If you’re outside North America and hoping to join the Aces, reach out to us at support@psyxuniverse.com or shoot us a DM @psyxuniverse on Instagram, we'll keep a note when we expand in the future!

Tracking

You’ll receive a unique tracking link once your order has been scanned in. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to activate and begin updating. All tracking is handled through Chit Chats.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us and we’ll do our best to guide you through it. While PSYX is not responsible for packages lost after delivery, we care — and we’ll stand with you in resolving it.
